We were able to speak with Bill Martin over the phone and negotiate a deal. I test drove the CRV on a Friday and finalized the deal the next day with an appointment. It could not have been easier. BILL MARTIN IS THE BEST. We were in and out of finance quickly and Bill went over every inch of the car to make sure I understood how to use the features and was patient and kind as I am tech challanged.
