I came in questioning what I thought was an AC issue turns out not to be and it just is more dependent on the outside temp. I was thoroughly explained this by Matt Moravic (extremely nice employee!) Ty the service rep was great! Excellent customer service. Terry, the loaner car manager, has no customer skills and was rude. He seems to have a problem keeping the door closed Excellent customer service. Terry, the loaner car manager, has no customer skills and was rude. He seems to have a problem keeping the door closed when it’s 20 degrees out and tells me and another customer to go elsewhere if we don’t like it. Terry has a poor attitude that needs to be addressed and adjusted! More

Having owned a Prius for 15+ years, I was adamant on purchasing a Hybrid and initially shopped at Toyota. Inventory of new cars was scarce and I did not appreciate the treatment I received from Toyota salespersons. Jeff was my first and last stop for a Honda. After our initial discussion, I had no need to go anywhere else. He convinced me to get the Accord Hybrid and delivery was on time. Several months later, I still love the Accord. Great car and a great guy. Thank you Jeff! More
