Omar was very pleasant and very professional in his approach to answering our questions and describing the CRV Hybrid to us. He paid close attention to the car's status and worked with us so we could get the packages added which we wanted. When the car arrived, Omar went over all the new technologies with us. Our only issue was with Scott Honda not with Omar. Scott has a policy to include the Zurich protection plan with every vehicle. We had to buy it even though we didn't want it. We recommend that Scott revisit this policy. More
Do not go here if you don’t want to feel disgusting. First when I went to look for a car, they assumed my male significant other was the one purchasing the car even though I was the one that called and First when I went to look for a car, they assumed my male significant other was the one purchasing the car even though I was the one that called and made the appointment. I went somewhere else to buy a Honda. Then, I needed my first oil change and figured I would give it another try since they're "award winning service providers" and was told an oil change and a tire rotation was going to be $129, a little steep but i needed it so whatever. Emphasized multiple times that was all I wanted. I signed the papers then last second was pressured into getting my air and engine filter replaced, told the total would be around 200, then it was $300 total. By the way the parts for the filters were $60 total and I was charged over $100 in "labor costs" for being there for 30 minutes. I'm 23 I can't really afford to randomly spend that amount of money. I tried calling numerous times after the fact then was told I was going to speak to the general manager. Never heard anything after. Cherry on top is that they sent me a letter to sign up for a service contract. I was completely taken advantage of being new to the area. I don't think anyone should go through that. More
