Had some mouse damage to airbag wires. Shocked when we got a quote for $2,700 to fix the issue this was right before Christmas so we declined until we had the money. Then someone told me to try putting in an insurance claim so I did and they said they would cover the damage. Had to go to a different repair center (per insurance). Got the estimate $650!!!!!!!! They couldn’t believe the quote from Honda and said they were totally up selling me into replacing the entire airbag system which 100% DID NOT NEED TO BE DONE. We paid $150 just for the estimate at scott Honda. I’m so beyond furious. We’ve lived in wc for 20+ years and have ONLY purchased or leased Hondas from scott. 6 cars total and this is how we’re treated. It’s robbery and disgusting More
