Dealer failed to reset the SRS light on the dash board after replacing the seat belt. Dealer charged me more than 80% over the customary retail price for a part I bought there. An egregious rip off. More

We have adjusted our pricing to reflect market research. Transportation costs and manufacturer prices have increased drastically. There's no confusion here. Your parts department charged me almost twice the customary retail price for a Honda part. When I discussed this with the parts manager he stated he was fine with the extortion pricing, Once of your service supervisors stated the seatbelt replacement might correct the SRS light issue, however the technician never bothered to reset the SRS light. There is no confusion here. You gouged me on parts pricing and failed to do what you said you would. Why would I ever return to Scott Honda?
