I purchased my Mazda at this dealership about 4 years ago and have had it serviced there ever since. The service is excellent and what I really appreciate is that they are very honest and do not recommend mo and have had it serviced there ever since. In fact they told me that since I do not drive much I only have to bring it in twice a year, once for oil change and 6 months later for a second oil change and state inspection. It generally does not need anything else and has given me no trouble. More
Don't buy at Scott Mazda I purchased a vehicle here prior to moving to New Jersey. The salesperson said it was no problem for the dealer to register the car in New Jersey when I purchased a vehicle here prior to moving to New Jersey. The salesperson said it was no problem for the dealer to register the car in New Jersey when I purchased it. AFTER the sale the salesperson said I would have to do it myself and that it would only cost about $40. It cost $400. I reached out to the dealership. They said the salesperson no longer worked for the company and "it is what it is". I would recommend finding a different Mazda dealer. More
After dealer with several other dealers, some of them higher end cars, I must say that Scott was the most pleasant buying experience I’ve ever had. The service department is fantastic as well. A CX 5, 3 hatchback, and a 1993 Rx-7. The service department keeps them all in to shape, are funny and friendly folks. The incredibly rare time we have had an issue with our service, it was robustly addressed at all levels of management to a fully satisfied level. When purchasing our 2 Mazdas, the process was easy and the dealer has always given us a price that, after our independent research, was lower than the one we had in our heads as “our price”, making the whole buying experience stress free. We recently had to buy a used car for our son at another dealer (simply because they had the car he wanted), and the experience was miserable. We compared it the whole time to the awesome experience we get at Scott and the other company really paled in comparison. More

Excellent purchase experience. Straightforward pricing on new Mazda CX-9. Good trade-in value offered. Came from long distance to purchase (2 hr drive). This review is for the used car lot at Scott dealerships. The salesman Pete was amazing, did everything he could to put the customer first. He understood the importance of taking care of the customer. Only when he would say I have to talk to my manager were there minor issues, but I get it, all part of the selling process. Plus it was near the end if the month, and they had to meet a certain quota by Oct. 31. I would definitely work with Pete again in finding a car. However, I would advise extreme caution when working with the finance manager. He reviewed first thing packages available etc that could be added. As he was reviewing the protection shield warranty I thought wow, this is part of the deal I had negotiated, thinking it was included in the price we negotiated since the only warranty package I expressed an interest in was the 2 year powertrain extended warranty due to the higher mileage used car I was purchasing. Then when we get to the summary sheet of prices I see a cost added for the protection shield. I never asked for this but there was the charge. The finance manager just assumed I wanted or he just decided to add on his own???? Sneaky move.....awkward. he said they put the shield on already on the car making me feel like I had to take it. Out of fairness he did ask if we needed to change the numbers but I didnt have the time I needed to get to an appt. And we were so far along in the process. Shame on me for not having the papers all reworked but I had to be somewhere and they were running behind to begin with. So off I went with a charge I never agreed to and I truly feel it was a sneaky move by the finance manager because 1) I mentioned numerous times I only planned to use this vehicle for 3 or 4 years and he kept saying this was a great warranty for 7 years. 2) I never asked for this in any of my communications. In my texts I clearly only ask for the extended powertrain service warranty. We played phone tag a couple of times and I was the last to make a phone call, of which I never heard back. So here i am charged almost $700 more for a protection i never agreed to. Again, I should have had all the paperwork re-done. Lesson learned. But I will not deal with this finance manager again. I dont believe he handled well at all. So I say proceed with caution when reviewing the numbers...he may add additional charges that were not agreed upon. More
I was very pleased that Jason fromthe Mazda Service I was very pleased that Jason from the Mazda Service Department was able to fit me in to the schedule. I needed a inspection & emissions done along w I was very pleased that Jason from the Mazda Service Department was able to fit me in to the schedule. I needed a inspection & emissions done along with an oil change. My car was finished by 11:30 am, and Jason went over the entire bill with me. Stellar service was provided by Jason Feiler & the Mazda Technician. Highly recommend Scott Mazda to anyone that needs their car fixed. Thank you for fitting me in. V/R B. Neefe More
