Brought 2022 Ram 2500 6. 4L Under warranty I Am a 40 years Technician of Automobiles and Aircraft . engine cylinder #6 burning oil and fouling both plugs Service depar 4L Under warranty I Am a 40 years Technician of Automobiles and Aircraft . engine cylinder #6 burning oil and fouling both plugs Service department wouldn’t do basic troubleshooting to diagnose problem Including basic compression check , Charge customer for this . I was given the run around by Service manager Rue Ayala and told to put on engine oil consumption check for next 1500 miles and bring back.. Spark plugs for the #6 cylinder were coked up and oil fouled to complete shorted . — Crusted Doesn’t take a genius to see that cylinder has a oil problem. Ayala just wanted to argue and put me off with a spark plug change . Will never take a vehicle to them ever again… And will tell everyone I know about my experience with them .. Called another dealership in area and told me they have heard of the poor service and bad customer service at Scott Robinson in Torrance on Hawthorne Blvd . This dealership just doesn’t care about Warranty Work.. Wanted to sell me service work at what seems to be double the going rate.. Discussing the predatory attitude.. More
John Gonzalez. . you xxxxed up big dog. I’m not a bad review guy, but you get to be my first. I’m in customer service, I get it, xxxx happens. If you had just called . you xxxxed up big dog. I’m not a bad review guy, but you get to be my first. I’m in customer service, I get it, xxxx happens. If you had just called and said something we would’ve been cool, but you couldn’t bring yourself to do it huh? Dropped my truck off at 12 and went back to work based on you telling me it would be ready at 5 and you would call or text me an update. I call to check in at 5:30, and no one answers the phone. I try multiple times for the next hour leaving messages to the front desk just to see what’s going on (I wish I didn’t need my truck but I do), but no response. Okay I guess I’ll get a call first thing next day oh well. Next morning I wait until 10 then start calling again, same xxxx, no one knows what’s going on. I have to show up and track you down at 12, “oh yeah we’ll work on it right now”, well what’s been going on the last 24 hours? Wait another hour, finally get my truck, no apology. If you had just said you messed up I still would have been okay, but nope not once did you admit any wrongdoing. I didn’t leave you with a lawnmower, I left you with a $50k truck and you couldn’t just call me and tell me what was going on after I left multiple messages? You straight up had the notes on your desk they left you and said “yeah I was going to call you”, no I had to come find you bro. I don’t want to have to track you down, common courtesy would be to just tell me it’s delayed. Yeah that sucks but it’s understandable, unless you have to stalk someone just to get that out of them. Needless to say never going back, hope you guys are able to learn some communication skills for the next poor xxxxxxx. More
The worst. Uncooperative. Unprofessional. They were terrible to work with - at first, they didn't have information, were waiting on it - but they weren't, they Uncooperative. Unprofessional. They were terrible to work with - at first, they didn't have information, were waiting on it - but they weren't, they were just delaying. Every time I've tried to come in for my car, the dealership has some sort of problem. They didn't have the materials and would have to refer me to another dealership or they didn't have an employee who could take care of items that were covered under my warranty. Not true. They just didn't want to honor that my mileage was close to the warranty. will never use them again. More

If you have an issue file a complaint to the DMV, BAR, and the BBB. All those awards they flash in their showroom are useless. They think I’m playing and I’m not type of person to go away. I received t and the BBB. All those awards they flash in their showroom are useless. They think I’m playing and I’m not type of person to go away. I received transmission, engine, and electrical issues less than 24 hours after signing!!!! The jeep I bought has been constant issues since I bought it. Religiously every other week… and their techs “can’t replicate the issue”. They’ve had my car 2 weeks this year! Lenny Kemper salesman ignored my issues. Then, I emailed GM Joel Nelson on their website with no response what so ever. Finally, GM Marco Perez tried to pretend to be helpful then stopped being helpful and also began to ignore my emails with my concerns. I have a log of the issues, who I spoke to and when. More

This is deff the worst place I’ve ever gone to service my car. Completely ATROCIOUS service from everyone involved in clueing the manager when I picked up my car. I made an appointment to have it serviced. I car. Completely ATROCIOUS service from everyone involved in clueing the manager when I picked up my car. I made an appointment to have it serviced. It took them a week to diagnose the car. No phone call what so ever. I had to call them repeatedly. Then when I finally get an answer and a rep they tell me another week to fix. No ask about a rental. No care for the fact that I was without my primary form of transportation for almost 3 full weeks. I got silence. Neil the day I picked up the car. Then I get attitude from the manager. Yeah all in all I would never recommend you go to Scott Robinson dealers ever More
