The dealership had my Jeep for a week and did not address any of the issues it had. I have been in and out of this dealership for a year since I purchased my Jeep. Left our car, promised a call, no call, had to call 5 times to get someone on the phone. Ended up picking our car up after a day and a half of sitting there. Still don’t know what is wrong.
