I had an oil change appointment for 9:30AM Friday, came around 9:15 and was told that there's 6 more people ahead of me and wait time is approximately 2 hrs. car was ready in about an hour and 15 min so that was pleasant. the waiting area is a LOT better that was before, roomy with lot of chairs, free coffee and water, comfortable chairs and two stations for laptops with power plugs and ethernet ports (haven't tried those, thought). CONS: WiFi, although fast, has SSL VPN protocol restriction (blocked ports 4343, etc). wasn't able to VPN in to my office and thus had to disconnect from WiFi and use my cell data instead. other than that it was very pleasant experience. and it was good to see my friend Jeff who's the best sales person I've ever met. Oh, and Luis from Service was great, and SMS updates are super helpful! More

Impossible to speak to someone via the phone I've called this dealership about a dozen times and never get to speak with who I need to speak with. The receptionist will answer, then forward you t I've called this dealership about a dozen times and never get to speak with who I need to speak with. The receptionist will answer, then forward you to the specific department where you are put on hold for at least 5 minutes then ring into someones voicemail. At this point, you leave a voice mail only to never be called back. This has happened to me on both the sales side and service side. I regret purchasing from this dealership because the customer service after purchase has been so poor. I would not recommend this place. More

Great experience due to my service advisor Christian. I had a recall on my Jeep. Scott Robinson is farther away than the closest dealership to me in Santa Monica, but, that dealership tried to scare me in I had a recall on my Jeep. Scott Robinson is farther away than the closest dealership to me in Santa Monica, but, that dealership tried to scare me into an unnecessary $3k replacement of parts when I took it in for the airbag recall. I definitely wasn’t going back to that place for another recall or anything ever again. Scott Robinson had efficiently done oil changes a few years ago when there wasn’t any Jeep dealership on the Westside so I thought I’d try them again. It had been a few years since I’ve been to Scott Robinson but their service department has definitely been renovated , better looking and more efficient. Christian met me outside with an iPad and checked me in. Aside from the recall, I had a random check engine light that I was weary of going to a dealership to figure out but I knew I should do it while I’m here. Christian ran the engine error code while I was still there and gave me a rough estimate. Since I was there initially for a recall, I was entitled to a rental, something I didn’t know but Christian informed me, saving me an Uber ride. While waiting at home I was very worried I’d get a follow up call quoting me some crazy expensive estimate on stuff I didn’t ask about or even suspect was wrong with my car but fortunately Christian updated me how they’d solve the problem and a fair price. He called me as soon as it was ready. I was very happy with this experience. To me, it’s worth a few extra minutes down the 405 to work with a customer service rep like Christian who I trust.
