Friendly, Helpful Service I bought my Jeep at a dealer who is no longer in business; so, I was looking for a place to service my air bag inflator recall. The first place I wen I bought my Jeep at a dealer who is no longer in business; so, I was looking for a place to service my air bag inflator recall. The first place I went, I would never go back. When I called here, Brianna asked when I wanted to bring my Jeep in...I thought, "what?" It look my wife's Lexus two years to get the airbags replaced. But, nonetheless, I made an appointment and guess what? They really did have the airbag in parts. I also got the Hands Free Module updated, although it still can't understand me, but that's not the dealer's problem. I really enjoyed working with Cesar who is a really long-term employee (which says a lot about this place). Finally, the run a complimentary shuttle; Jose is really great guy. Loved talking with him. In short, highly recommend this place. Happy to know that I now have a new dealership which I believe I can trust and look forward to my next visit. More
5 Star Excellent Service Experience on Feb 19th This Excellence in Service experience was a direct result of two employees who were extremely professional in managing my service visit. They are Cesa This Excellence in Service experience was a direct result of two employees who were extremely professional in managing my service visit. They are Cesar Arizmendi and Norma Espinoza. Cesar was pulled into a Warranty meeting and unavailable at the time of my Service appointment when I arrived. Norma stepped up to greet me, write up and process my Service request . Norma also made time to correct errors in my service profile that have existed for quite awhile. Cesar returned to discuss my service request and he managed my service from beginning to end. I really appreciate this level of teamwork and professionalism from these two employees. This is the type of service experience I look forward to when I bring my Wrangler in for service. Thank you. Oil change I came in for a simple oil change and when my vehicle was ready I found that the navigation system had been disabled and even my phone was no longer c I came in for a simple oil change and when my vehicle was ready I found that the navigation system had been disabled and even my phone was no longer connected. I had to call out a service advisor to reset everything. I don’t understand why it is necessary to disconnect the battery (I assume) for a simple oil change. This is the second time it has happened to me. Why? More
