I was in Scott this past Sunday looking to buy a new car. I walked around the showroom and the lot for at least 15 minutes before I had to walk up and ask a group of individuals(your sales staff)for help. I test drove a VW Jetta and was ready to buy. I tried to get the best deal and even asked the sales individual what he thought about whether Balise could get me a better deal. He told his offer was good until end of day so I drove over to Balise and they beat the deal. I called back your dealer and told them they beat the deal. They did nothing to try and beat it further so I went with Balise. Aside from that I thought your staff was very unprofessional. One individual was wearing a zip up hoodie and another was wearing work boots. Professionalism can go along way. I should not have to ask for help. Smiles are also good. I have been to numerous dealers in the Rhode Island area and I have to say you have the most unprofessional sales staff of all the dealers I have traveled to.
