Ms. Rana Capuano expertly handled our financial transaction for this vehicle and facilitated the extended warranty for both the van and a Scott Will 2024 Tacoma Truck previously purchased. Hands down she is a superb financier. Also want to recognize Mr. Greg Jenkins for his consistent superlative efforts in meeting the customer's vehicle exact expectations, Mr. Brian Wills for his tireless efforts in the Service Department ensuring the customer's needs are met, and Mr. Lee (GM) for acknowledging and fulfilling the customer's special needs. Great job by my service advisor Dana Belangia, she is the EPITOME of what it takes to be a service advisor. She always communicates with us, letting us know that are vehicles are due service and when we are EPITOME of what it takes to be a service advisor. I bought my first car in 2018 from Scott Will and I will continue to drive 70 miles for service. It has been excellent! After my car’s rear end was totalled my first choice was to go to Scott Will.
