Super friendly and great about selling you a vehicle. Service, not so much. I would never buy another vehicle from them. I bought a brand new 2022 camry 6 months ago. The tire had a default. The woman at the service desk said my dealer addendum (about $2000) on the tires ran out at 10,000 miles. I then talked to the sales manager. He said my dealer addendum on the tires ran out at 12,000 miles. When I mentioned the discrepancy between the two of them, he said, “Oh, she was probably right.” Either way, they were going to make sure they did not replace my tire or give me a discount on the tire which they wanted $259 for. Took car in for 60,000 miles maintenance. After receiving my car back I notice that my steering was off. Took car back 3 times. On the 3 return visit I was told I needed an alignment. In these very weird times of inventory shortages, I looked out of state at Scott Will Toyota to purchase a truck. Alan helped me in the process. He was absolutely amazing! Was looking to buy a Sienna van and discovered that there weren't very many available. Additionally, the few that were available were either in transit, or at other dealers who weren't very enthused about s weren't very many available. Our salesman, Gregory Jenkins tried very hard to persuade these dealers to trade one of the few Siennas out there for us but to no avail. Fortunately for us, Scott Will received the perfect Sienna van for us, just not in the color we wanted. Greg called us about it to see if we were interested in it and while we didn't get the color we were hoping for, we are very pleased with the van we bought and with the service Greg provided for us. Appt was set for given date and time with a lady ho wouldn’t give her name Atari g anyone in service could help. Thought that dodge was funny but nonetheless went with it. Spoke to service who said leave it. I responded with Cant, don’t know anyone within 100 miles. Made a phone call and said 2-3 hour wait. I responded with “ I made appt for said date and time. So after driving 60 miles, I get told I can’t be seen on appt time and date. I said thanks, don’t worry about it and left. Lady didn’t attempt to help one bit. I specifically asked when making appt, would I be seen/diagnosed. Should have known something was amiss when lady refused her name. More

Very disappointed with my experience with the Service Department. I recently took my vehicle in for the 120k maintenance period. I received my vehicle in a timely manner at the end of the work day on Sat Department. I recently took my vehicle in for the 120k maintenance period. I received my vehicle in a timely manner at the end of the work day on Saturday, but immediately noticed my brakes were failing as I heard metal on metal scrapping. I took my Vehicle to another Toyota dealership where their mechanics were able to correct this issue but also immediately recognized the inadequate work the was done to my vehicle. I called Scott Will Toyota service to explain the situation and that's when things shortly became unprofessional as I was told "Our mechanic did not notice the brake issue" "We did no work on your brakes that could cause that kind of issue" , and lastly where I was told "We will call the other Dealership to see if they can price match our Scott Will discount" when in fact said discount was going to charge me +100$ more... Needless to say I will never use or recommend Scott Will Toyota to anyone. The unprofessionalism and shoddy work performed by their mechanic should deter anyone to take their vehicle here. More

The worst dealership I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. All the way from buying a new 2020 RAV4 to bringing it back multiple times to fix rattling and then having no paperwork to file the car dealing with.
