Service to fix a recall and oil change I made an appointment because I got a letter for a recall on my husband’s Trax. I went in for the appointment and I was told they were only going to i I made an appointment because I got a letter for a recall on my husband’s Trax. I went in for the appointment and I was told they were only going to inspect the recall to see if it need to replace a part. On the phone when I made the appointment I was told that they would inspect the car and if they needed to replace it it would be done. That did not happen they did not have the part to replace it. They had to order it. I asked when it would be in. I was told they had no idea. That did not make me happy. More

Charged for services not completed Paid for oil change and tire rotation. Tires were not rotated but I was charged the service. I have a tree sap stain on my rim and was able to use tha Paid for oil change and tire rotation. Tires were not rotated but I was charged the service. Last oil changed the service report had my front brakes as yellow and this report has them as green even though they weren’t replaced. More

Dealership charges 582 “not covered under warranty??? Not right..... 4wd is part of power train but this specific part is not. Truck should not have had an issue like this with only 48000. I have been a Chevy owner for many years but this issue will make me re think my next purchase of a Chevy. More
