Very unsatisfied Brought my Malibu in several weeks ago problem with break issue charge me for an evaluation gave me a video of the guy doing the evaluation told me i Brought my Malibu in several weeks ago problem with break issue charge me for an evaluation gave me a video of the guy doing the evaluation told me it only needed new rear brakes so I had you put new rear brakes on drove it for about a week Had to bring it back charge me for another a valuation and told me it needs front hub assembly why this wasn’t picked up on the first inspection I have no idea nobody could give me a straight answer just felt like I was getting charged twice for labor that should’ve been taken care of the first time More

Service to fix a recall and oil change I made an appointment because I got a letter for a recall on my husband’s Trax. I went in for the appointment and I was told they were only going to i I made an appointment because I got a letter for a recall on my husband’s Trax. I went in for the appointment and I was told they were only going to inspect the recall to see if it need to replace a part. On the phone when I made the appointment I was told that they would inspect the car and if they needed to replace it it would be done. That did not happen they did not have the part to replace it. They had to order it. I asked when it would be in. I was told they had no idea. That did not make me happy. More
