Zero Accountability Unfortunately the worst customer service I have received from a "Professional" establishment. Zero accountability and responsibility from a management Unfortunately the worst customer service I have received from a "Professional" establishment. Zero accountability and responsibility from a management stand point. After trusting this company with a check engine issue that span for months which they claimed was "Bad Gas", I paid the price for his poor decisions. We were forced to have multiple people call in order to get a status on the vehicle, Not sure the point of an appointment when they won't work on the vehicle for a week. After my issues, turns out the previous dealership owners said they were notorious for problems, wish I knew that before hand. If you have to use this place, google your issue and let them know how to fix it... I ended up using a different local Chevrolet Dealership who discovered/resolved my issue in 24 hours, I would advise the same More
