Silverado under warranty but stil cost me $582 I have a 2014 Silverado with 48000 miles, power train warranty still in effect. Truck automatically switched to 4wd low stranding me twice. Dealership charges 582 “not covered under warranty??? Not right..... 4wd is part of power train but this specific part is not. Truck should not have had an issue like this with only 48000. I have been a Chevy owner for many years but this issue will make me re think my next purchase of a Chevy. More

Zero Accountability Unfortunately the worst customer service I have received from a "Professional" establishment. Zero accountability and responsibility from a management stand point. After trusting this company with a check engine issue that span for months which they claimed was "Bad Gas", I paid the price for his poor decisions. We were forced to have multiple people call in order to get a status on the vehicle, Not sure the point of an appointment when they won't work on the vehicle for a week. After my issues, turns out the previous dealership owners said they were notorious for problems, wish I knew that before hand. If you have to use this place, google your issue and let them know how to fix it... I ended up using a different local Chevrolet Dealership who discovered/resolved my issue in 24 hours, I would advise the same More
Lack of communication & care This is the second time I’ve brought my vehicle in for the same issue. This is the second time it’s taken several weeks with them having my car to fix nothing. I took 18 days of me calling once or twice a week for someone to call me back and communicate with me what is going on? 18 days of no one calling me! I wouldn’t recommend this dealer for service at all. I have opened up a complaint with cooperate and I fully intend of following through. Worst communication ever with service manager and the people below him. No one takes accountability everyone pushes the problem on to someone else and blames the next. Ended up picking my car up after 22 days of them having it and it wasn’t even fixed. Go anywhere else but to this place! Lastly it’s been my observation they have new employees every few weeks no one stays long term so they other excuse is I’m new here so I don’t know.
