Felt really disappointed Hey my name is Manuel Depina I just wanted to let you know that I went there today to perform a service of oil change on my car first of all I had app Hey my name is Manuel Depina I just wanted to let you know that I went there today to perform a service of oil change on my car first of all I had appointment for 8 and I got there about 7:50 which I understand it doesn't open until 8:00 and I got out of there 9:10 which I had to wait for like an hour and change but that's not the point my point is after I went to cash out one of your employee named Tammy Davis was the one that cash me out and my bill was $59 and change and I asked her politely if I can get a Mohegan Sun employee discount and she turn around with attitude and told me that I have to say that which I understood but I've been there for quite a few times and one of the guy told me that I'm all set that they have my name on a computer so I felt pretty disappointed and I know I would not go back there again for any type of service but I don't want the same thing that happens to me to happen to another customer... Place is a joke and marks is dishonest Bought brand new traverse feb of 2018. Had a flat tire in spring/summer took back to dealer to buy new tire and have mounted. They damaged the wheel. Bought brand new traverse feb of 2018. Had a flat tire in spring/summer took back to dealer to buy new tire and have mounted. They damaged the wheel. It’s been back 5-6 times for them to replace wheel due to them gouging it changing tire. Last time there they claimed it was fixed and they rotated the tires and changed oil at same time. Picked up and was happy at first seeing they washed the outside too. Come to find out they washed suv so I couldn’t see the damage to the wheel, and the wheel is still on drivers side rear so they didn’t rotate any tires and probably didn’t change oil either. Or provide anything the last service manager promised for dealing with their incompetence. Filing bbb complaint now More

First time service I was really upset when I came back to my car after picking it up from the red carpet service (Mohegan employee) and my radio station was changed to a I was really upset when I came back to my car after picking it up from the red carpet service (Mohegan employee) and my radio station was changed to a Spanish channel and it was like a preset change so someone had to go out of their way to change it. I also never received a sticker to let me know when my next oil change was. I called and they just apologized but I was really frustrated because I go to Walmart service center and get my car vacuumed and everything and when I came to you, my radios were all changed around and I didn’t get a sticker for the next visit. More

When I dropped off my car, the lady told me it will take about an hour to an hour and a half for service, it took two hours. No apologies, no discounts nothing. Although I enjoy the services I receive and the convenience of your location, this can’t continue to happen. More
