Our service representative Sarah went out of her way to deal with the warranty company and was able to handle the situations effectively and in a timely manner. Explanation They didn’t explain the results of their inspection. Luckily I read the paperwork. Apparently I have stuck calipers... would have been nice to hear it from them instead of reading about it since they did the last brake inspection and everything was “ fine” when it was under warranty but still I had noise and pulsation... First appointment was ok I was there for a few hours when they told me I would have to reschedule for another day. It took over a week to get ahold of someone to reschedule. This repair took about an hour and change so that wasn’t bad. Overall poor communication and they don’t seem to eithe care about what they are doing or know what they are doing. We will see if the check engine light comes back on. More

Since the car has info on oil level, which I use to decide when to get an oil change, I checked it when I got home and it read only 18%. I used the manual instruction on how to reset to 100%, hoping that this was forgotten by your staff and not accurate-which would have meant that no oil was added during this service. More

Oil change I stopped by to see if I could schedule an oil change appointment and was told because of the snow storm there were a lot of call outs, meeting people I stopped by to see if I could schedule an oil change appointment and was told because of the snow storm there were a lot of call outs, meeting people called in to cancel this service appointments. Young lady at the service counter said that they could squeeze me in right then and there what would take a little longer than normal. She said about 15 minutes. It took 2 hours to change the oil and rotate the tires on my car a little longer than I had expected but the job was done. I appreciated them getting me in and getting the job done right then and there. More
