great experience.from start to finish From the initial scheduling of my service appointment for a warrantied air conditioning repair until I drove away with "cold air blowing" my experie From the initial scheduling of my service appointment for a warrantied air conditioning repair until I drove away with "cold air blowing" my experience was all positive. The service advisor was courteous and took the time to accurately describe the problem on the repair order. When I left my car to be repaired, the service advisor arraigned for complimentary shuttle service. My repair was completed as scheduled and the repair was explained to me. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND Scranton Chevrolet of Norwich!!! Great facility and professional staff. More
