Screwed up brakes I realize that my 2002 pickup has issues in regards to rust. Had the brakes completely redone (I thought) Cost was 4800. Drive about 50 miles and had I realize that my 2002 pickup has issues in regards to rust. Had the brakes completely redone (I thought) Cost was 4800. Drive about 50 miles and had a complete brake failure. Barely made it back to the dealer and was told they didn't replace the lines just everything else. Wasnt pleased Lines were completely compromised. Was told they had to order the parts and had to wait and it was a six hour job. Parts came in wasn't done that day was told the tech was coming in on Saturday to finish that didn't happen either. Finally got the truck on Tuesday. Was charged for parts only. When I did go that night to pick it up from sales Dept Vehicle was not secured. Overall not a great experience but will be back. More

The service advisor was courteous and took the time to accurately describe the problem on the repair order. When I left my car to be repaired, the service advisor arraigned for complimentary shuttle service. My repair was completed as scheduled and the repair was explained to me. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND Scranton Chevrolet of Norwich!!! Great facility and professional staff. More
