Extremely impressed. This is actually the third oil change I’ve gotten at this dealership. I put roughly 700 miles on my vehicle in one week, so I tend to get oil changes This is actually the third oil change I’ve gotten at this dealership. I put roughly 700 miles on my vehicle in one week, so I tend to get oil changes more often than your average person. That being said, I am terrible at making plans so I always end up just driving right through the service doors at random times. And each time, I am treated with smiles and pleasant attitudes. Though unscheduled, I am never turned away and I am always helped quickly. The turn around time is great. Tammy is great, always a cheery bubbly person and she always keeps me updated on the status of my vehicle. This was the first time I requested a video and I am not disappointed. Josh was very professional and I have to say I am very impressed. Like I said, I do a lot of miles in a short time so I had concerns about the conditions of my breaks and tires, but Josh was able to reassure me, through the video that they were still good and even made some recommendations based on their status’. I like that in the video he made for me, he made sure to clearly show the tools he used and described them as he used them. I felt I learned something new with his video! Definitely coming back. More

And Wally's name isn't on there, he called me personally to set up the appt. Zach took the ball from there, I am disappointed I did not see zach v. , and have come to understand that he is no longer employed there , always pleasant and helpful from my multiple interactions since my purchase.
