Excessive time required Car was brought in for standard oil change/tire rotation. The appointment had a scheduled time but was brought in early. Starting the clock at the scheduled appointment time, it took 1.5 hours before I finally went in to get the paper work and my keys. The car had actually been finished 20 minutes earlier as that is when I saw it sitting outside waiting for me. The last time I had the same service performed, it also took over an hour. This is completely too long to change the oil, rotate tires and perform a walk around. More
