The service department has always been there for me, had time to do my work, excellent technicians and front desk help, always fair in pricing and goes above and beyond in all aspects of the experience. This is why I continue to do all of my service with a place where I bought my jeep because I’ve always been treated right and never felt taken advantage of so I can’t say enough good things about them. Frustrated When booking an appointment and being told it would only take an hour to an hour 1/2 I made the appointment. I chose to wait for my vehicle. After a 2 hour waiting period I asked how much longer. My feeling the customer service was poor. I myself work with the public in healthcare and know how important it is to communicate with people. After questioning what was taking so long a manager came out to apologize. Well apology is nice but updating should be standard. Not offering to rotate my tires as a courtesy makes me not want to bring my car back. I know I had a recall and very great full it was replaced at no cost to me but knowing what is going on is the most important thing. More
November 2019 Overall I am somewhat satisfied with my latest service for my truck. The mechanic did a great job in communicating to me issues and solutions. However I am extremely disappointed that I was not contacted at all by anyone in service regarding the status of my vehicle. I called once around 1pm and then again as close of business came at 5pm. When I called at 1 the service woman I spoke to stated that work was going on and that a swing arm link was broken however she couldn't give me details regarding pricing to fix it and would need to call me back but never did call back. When I called at 5pm I learned that the person I spoke over the phone left for the day and no information was given to me. The mechanic ended up getting on the phone with me to discuss issues and solutions and also pricing along with Amy. The lack of communication has made me question if I should continue to have my vehicle serviced at your Scranton chevy. I have been bringing my vehicles since you were Don Mallon chevy and the mechanics have been great but since Scranton has come in the lack of communication is starting to be an issue as this is the 2nd time I have had to call to inquire about my vehicle while at your shop for service. More
Great service department but slow and unfriendly sales Amy Hogberg was very helpful and welcoming. Also upon approaching a salesman to talk about the new blazer he provided a succinct answer to my question and then went back to what was on his computer. Most salespeople in the showroom while I waited for my oil change were in the computers and took almost no notice of me even while I was looking at cars. More

Not satisfied My wife brought truck in for a brake pedal recall on tuesday. When she left display screen on dash did not work. Brought truck in today was told the hmi module needs replaced and has nothing to do with recall performed yesterday. I find it strange the screen has worked fine for three years and suddenly does not after pulling out of your shop. Thank you Daniel Sanders More
