Purchased new vehicle. Traded in old vehicle that still owed money on it. Dealership claimed to pay off rest of the bill on old vehicle. It is one and a half month later and my bank is threatening to sen owed money on it. Dealership claimed to pay off rest of the bill on old vehicle. I have called many times only to be lied to and ran around in circles. Next step in my process, lawyer up. Otherwise my brand new 2012 Dodge Durango R/T is a very nice vehicle that I am happy with. I will just make sure to never deal with these people again. The General Manager ignores your phone calls and doesn't seem to know what is going on in his own store. More

Morgan couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating--his "customer service" was great. He was in constant contact about the vehicles he located and informative about the extras on the final purchase. Since we've owned the truck less than a week, we can't comment on the service department, etc. More

My wife and I were doing some comparison shopping at My wife and I were doing some comparison shopping at Scranton Dodge in hopes that their prices would be comparable with another Dodge dealer upvalley My wife and I were doing some comparison shopping at Scranton Dodge in hopes that their prices would be comparable with another Dodge dealer upvalley.... we did not want to do business with dealer in Eynon for several reasons but mainly because owner berated my mother in a profanity laced conversation about a reoccuring problem with a new car my handicapped brother had bought.....this dealer went as far as to say to my brother who was a parapalegic "Don't think your going to get special treatment here just because your handicapped" you could imagine our anger and disbelief we never saw this side of that dealership til they had the money for the car and then we were on our own... we were so disatisfied that we called manufacturer and manufacturers resolution was to take it to another dealership to have problem fixed...got impression that manufacturer was bowing down to Eynon dealer because of their buying power so if you want to feel like a number i suggest go to Eynon... if you want a 1 on 1 car buying experience where you feel like your business is valued and get a personal touch I highly recommend Morgan Green and rest of staff @ Scranton Dodge... once we got down to business with Scranton Dodge we were introduced to a salesman by the name of Morgan Green,we were interested in a new Jeep Wrangler and did we get the right salesman for this vehicle his knowledge of the product was abundant along with options for each package,absolutely no pressure on us but the experience was pleasant enough that our comparison shopping ended that day.I might add this was our 3rd brand new Wrangler and we feel we will never go anywhere else...he worked with us on every facet of purchasing from financing to trade-in,Morgan and rest of staff at Scranton Dodge has won us over.Recently went for 1st oil change at Scranton Dodges Express lube in and out in 20 minutes on a friday @ lunch time try that in Eynon lol...you would be lucky if phone was answered @ lunchtime ....we love our Jeep and it is a good feeling that you have true professionals like Morgan in your corner More

I rated Mr. Moylan and the dealership great on ALL levels because they put up with me & my family for about 6 hours!!!! I had no intention of actually leaving the dealership with a new vehicle, but they gave because they put up with me & my family for about 6 hours!!!!
