"I bought my Jeep from Tunkhannock dodge a few years ago...."
- Picklejuice7147I bought my Jeep from Tunkhannock dodge a few years ago. Engine light kept coming on and off but this time it stayed on so I figured since Scranton was closer I would take it there. I have a extended warranty and they told me my jeep needed a new download of some sort and then light reset but it was not covered under the warranty. I didn’t have it done and instead made an appt. here at Tunkhannock dodge where I purchased the Jeep. They found out that the thermostat needed to be replaced and all covered under the warranty. I will never go down to the dodge dealer in Scranton ever again for service or repairs. They tried to rob me out of 150 bucks and also told me that my back wiper needed to be replaced and the whole mechanism had to be replaced witch would have costed me another 140. That was also a lie and they are taking care of that for me down here in Tunkhannock as well. I know now to always get at least 2 estimates before getting anything done especially down at Scranton dodge

- ZackattackCustomer service is terrible. Please never go here. They ruined my paint and never fixed my issues. They basically said there's no way it was them that damaged my vehicle and refuse to fix it. After about 20 times going back for various issues I still have some of the same. Today was about the 8th time it went back for one in particular and they said nothing is wrong and next time provide pictures. I did have pictures and they didn't want to see them. If you do go here, good luck getting a hold of anyone. Sometimes it's a day or two for them to get back to you or sometimes it's 2 weeks. From my experience with them, they have no idea what they are doing. As a mechanic whose worked in shops myself I can say nothing they do would ever be considered okay at the shops I worked in. That warranty is worthless too as they refuse to swap out parts just claiming that they "fixed" the old parts. Just saying after 8 come backs you think they would finally swap that part, but again it doesn't seem like they have a clue what they are doing. I will be doing my own work from now on and I would give this dealer a negative 10 stars if I could. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!

- aladore41382019 Dodge Ram bought in April 12,000 miles on it Tires are bald needs alignment. Took to four shops all said bad alignment not the tires . Scranton Dodge service is pathetic did nothing want to charge for tires absolutely ridiculous, there excuse new tires don’t last that long unbelievable.. I will never buy a truck there again and wouldn’t receive. Lost me as a customer.

- Ram6748Went there to have a key programmed and I waited 2 hours for them to tell me they couldn’t do it. I have a dodge Dakota and you would think that they would know what to do. The lady told me that they couldn’t get the keys to work that it would need a diagnostic check to see if the module was working or not... well wouldn’t you think that they would have done that in the first place... further more they charged me 63.00 service fee which I intend to get back when I speak to the corporate office..

- JpLet's start with my family has collectively purchased 7 vehicles from this dealeryin the last 24 months due to the phenomenal sales team and their attention to detail. However the service absolutely sucks every time my vehicle went in for service it was a collasal xxxx show. I never experienced such incompetence. The topper was when I brought my vehicle in for two recalls and they wound up breaking my backup camera while doing other service, I was directed to see the service manager and he casually just stated you will need to make an appointment to have it looked at!!!!!! I will never buy another vehicle there again no one should be treated the way I was!!!! They really are a total mess. My recommendation is to go elsewhere. anywhere but there. BTW Bill Adams is awesome and the only reason we tolerated the poor service as long as we did.

- Pepper83156I have had nothing but bad experiences with my vehicle and taking it there to their service department since buying my Jeep renegade brand new last year. The second time I brought it for an oil change the person who took my car in or brought it out hit something and didn't tell me or anyone. I noticed the damage when I went out to leave. They did have their body shop fix it. The third oil change I took it for they informed me I needed tires. When I asked why I would need tires when there are not even 15,000 miles on them the girl explained that the don't put good tires on the vehicles because they want the test rides to be smooth and if they put better tires on them it would not be such a good ride. Fast forward to today when I go to have my tires replaces and the tire place 1. Cannot believe Jeep would sell a new vehicle with such low quality tires and 2. The person at the service center who rotated my tires put the lug bits on and stripped them, so now at this point they are aging trouble getting the lug nuts off and advised that they should have changed those the last time I was there. I will not recommend this dealership and definitely not 5he service center to anyone or recommend Jeep itself.
