What else do you want from me? Your Service person did not follow up on the one little thing I mentioned. That says to me he doesn’t listen or he doesn’t give a hoot. I realize there are some serious help problems this day and age and the people getting hired are not the most desirable. Therefore Human Resources have to settle which compromises service. I see a lot of people in your offices and and it makes one wonder what to xxxx are these people doing. There’s no product in the lot, few people getting service when I have been there. I realize that Covid has changed a lot of services, however when little business one would think you would appreciate the customer who still comes with a little more attention. I am still thinking about whether I will return to Scranton or not. My warranty will be up soon so thinking of going elsewhere. Paul Hodgkins phodgkins5163@charter.net
