A waste of xxxxing time. Had my truck there for a week and they couldn’t figure it out. Jeff the service writer never called me to let me know what was going on. Scranton service center sucks. Excellent service provided by Rob Zeidenberg. My car was evaluated shortly after arrival by tow truck and given the minor nature of the issue and necessary part in stock was immediately repaired. I was able to pick up my car the same day which was a wonderful surprise. Scranton Motors has won a customer for life and I will drive extra distance to have my Cadillac serviced at this dealer. More

Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Jeff, my service coordinator did an excellent job of making me feel confident that I made the right choice picking Scranton Buick.
