Mike was very pleasant and kept me informed about what was wrong with my vehicle. Once they diagnosed the problem, Mike called me and gave me the amount. VERY DISSATISFIED , brought my truck in for an ABS issue , and an open recall for the ABS , they told me they road tested truck and could not recreate the issue , I have a Smart Fence on the truck , it ran , and an open recall for the ABS , they told me they road tested truck and could not recreate the issue , I have a Smart Fence on the truck , it ran for 14 minutes after I left , never was above 25 miles an hour , was shut off and did not start again till I came back for it 2 days later , next morning was driving and all 4 brakes locked up completely at 40 miles an hour , is at Carter now being fixed , called Scranton 5 times left messages for Amanda and the Service manager , finally he called yesterday I explained what was going on , he asked for a couple of minutes to check something , NEVER CALLED BACK , Amanda called and I had to explain to her what was going on , she also asked for a couple minutes , never called , I’ve left 2 messages and nothing , AWFUL CUSTOMER APPRECIATION AND LAVK OF PROFESSIONALISM More

The Service Tech Samantha is awesome. She makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. My only disappointment is the waiting area. I would expect at a Cadillac dealership the waiting room would have little b welcomed and appreciated. My only disappointment is the waiting area. I reached out to let the dealer know that I was able to schedule an appointment online and when I got there they were closed, I was expecting more of a concern of the error.
