Road vibration Just completed the 4th visit for road vibration and problem still not corrected. The last visit was only after I requested the service after 5 phone requests and threatening to go directly to Cadillac for help. The new tires Scranton installed are either defective or not balanced correctly. Not sure where to go now, whether I should go to another Cadillac dealer or tire specialty business. I have owned Cadillacs for over 25 years and never had any problems before. I even at the point of thinking about buying a new car elsewhere as I can’t live with this condition. I get the impression that your service doesn’t believe what I’m saying. More

Best service department I’ve ever been to! Lori and Amanda work very hard to make sure the customer is always taken care of. Every time We go here it’s usually due to some sort of issue that st Lori and Amanda work very hard to make sure the customer is always taken care of. Every time We go here it’s usually due to some sort of issue that stresses us out. But every time we do they turn a bad situation to a tolerable one. Thanx for always doing such an amazing job. My wife and I have had a couple of big jobs done here and they were completed perfectly! Great mechanics and great service writers make up the perfect service department. Well done Scranton Motors. I live in North Windham 5 minutes from a local GMC dealer, I drive 36 miles to Scranton Motors that should pretty much some it up. More

2 1/2 hour oil change After waiting a couple of hours to get my oil changed , they informed me that I need new tires When I bought this car I paid extra for the tires and After waiting a couple of hours to get my oil changed , they informed me that I need new tires When I bought this car I paid extra for the tires and batteries for life. But they tell me they don’t honor that program anymore???? I have all the paper work showing I paid for this and I held up my part buy having all my oil and tire maintenance done there. Besides other maintenance that was done to my vehicle. Then no one will call me back !!! More

Very poor experience at scranton motors I had a 10AM service appointment yesterday. I got there at 9:50, they took me right in. I was told it should be about an hour. At 11:30, I asked how m I had a 10AM service appointment yesterday. I got there at 9:50, they took me right in. I was told it should be about an hour. At 11:30, I asked how much longer. My car hadn't even been taken in. I said I couldnt wait, the service rider asked me if I would like it washed, I said yes. He said he would come get me when it was ready. At 12:00, I went back into service, again my car hadn't been moved. At that point, I was told that they didnt have the part, and I'd have to come back. Over 2 hours waisted. While I was waiting, I saw a GMC truck, I maybe interested in. I understand there are factory incentives on some vehicles. This morning, I called to find out about the incentives. I spoke to a new salesman who did know what they were. He went to the sales manager to ask. He was told, the manager was to busy to have a long conversation, a d told the salesman to tell me to look on the internet. That was good advice, I looked on the internet, found another GMC dealer. I called them, they weren't to busy to have a long conversation. I set an appointment, went to see what they had, found one I liked and put a deposit down. My application for financing was approved, and I'm picking it up on Tuesday. So, you can tell ur new salesman, yes i will be buying before Dec 2. That seemed to be all he was interested in. For those reasons, I give scranton motors 1 star. More
