Check Engine Service I have been a loyal customer of Scranton Motors Service for the past 08 years. Each every time I have brought my cars in for service I am always treat I have been a loyal customer of Scranton Motors Service for the past 08 years. Each every time I have brought my cars in for service I am always treated very well and given a thorough report and explanation as to why my car is having whatever issue that it is. The service department has never made or even recommended any unnecessary repairs just to make an extra dollar or two. The Service Dept Staff are very friendly and professional at what they do. Beverly in particular is Outstanding and is always a pleasure to do business with. She is truly a Valuable Asset of the Service Dept. The Check Engine Light issue was quickly diagnosed and resolved. I probably spent no more than 02 hours from the time I entered the Service Dept until I exited the bay area. Please keep up the great work... Thank You. More
Unauthorized Charges/Work Not Performed I was charged for service that was not performed and/or not authorized. (Same issue as others here). detailing my truck I brought my truck to Scranton because I thought they would do a good job detailing my truck. When I picked it up there spots that were not waxed and I brought my truck to Scranton because I thought they would do a good job detailing my truck. When I picked it up there spots that were not waxed and they did not clean and wax the wheels. They offered to take it back to fix the spots on the body. This truck is black and everything shows. I took the truck and left. I expected it to be done correctly the first time . In my opinion there was no excuse for giving it back to me that way This truck is and looks like new. I will take my business elsewhere. More

Customers best interest is not top priority here I do not feel that they ever had my best interest at the forefront. She mentioned to me that I was out of extended warranty. Instead of offer me the extended warranty she went ahead and diagnose my truck for $800 in service work which would’ve been covered by an extended warranty if she just offered that to me upfront telling me everything that needed to be fixed would be covered by an extended warranty she mentioned to me that I was out of extended warranty. You need service people actually think outside the box and have the customers best interest at heart to keep happy customers. Every time I come in here I feel like I’m just hurried in and hurry back out to get me in an out. I am just really disappointed on how I was treated. Once she called and told me how much it was going to be and that there’s nothing she can do for the extended warranty I told her don’t do any work on my truck but there was already $400 worth of work done without my OK. So you can see how I could be upset. I have been burned by yourselves department and now I feel taken advantage of by your service department. That’s two strikes and I don’t see anything ever changing. More

Worst ever! For two years this dealership jerked me around - telling me my car was working "within spec", only to find out the service group was wrong. My car was not working correctly, I made at least 5 trips to the dealer for the same issue, and then found out "oh, you're right - the car is not in spec and should be repaired". All I got for my trouble was an "we're sorry". This dealership does not know how to accommodate luxury car owners and should get out of the Cadillac business forever. Meg Scranton - has her name on the business - you would think she would at least return an email for a customer having an issue. Never responded! More
