Warranty work Been having an issue with my 2017 Acadia. When placing the vehicle in park and turning the engine off, I get a message string to shift into park. I wa Been having an issue with my 2017 Acadia. When placing the vehicle in park and turning the engine off, I get a message string to shift into park. I was within 200 miles of my warranty expiring and the dealership got me in ASAP so this would be covered under my warranty. Due to GM being on strike, no parts are available and I was assured that even if I went over my mileage, my warranty would be honored. A work order was opened and my warranty will honored. just waiting on parts! More

Customer service is kind of important First off Amanda was very helpful setting up the appointment and explaining what needed to be done, zero issues with her. So, when you spend any amou First off Amanda was very helpful setting up the appointment and explaining what needed to be done, zero issues with her. So, when you spend any amount of money at a place of business (in this case it was over 1,000) you expect certain things. Everything was good until after I paid for my vehicle, at that point I was told to wait outside and my vehicle would Be brought to me. I waited for 5 minutes before walking back inside to find the person that was “taking care of me” had fielded another phone call before finishing up with me. I went right over to the service manager that you could tell didn’t really show too much concern when I suggested to him that he should tell his workers to finish up with one customer (especially one that was there in person) before starting to wait on another. Funny how it only takes one thing to turn a somewhat pleasant experience into one that you feel you have to vent a little about. More
