I've never been able to get out in less than an hour for an oil change and that can be frustrating after constantly being told it'll be 45 mins or less. Thinking back, even when I purchased my vehicle the detailing took far longer than we were told and we ended up having to sit around waiting for it. It's a smarter practice to overquote, then customers would be pleased when the time is shorter than anticipated. More
