We are sorry that your experience was such a frustrating one. We work multiple warraty companies, and the majority of the time, the process is seamless. Unfortunately, your situation was the other extreme and much less frequent ones where things just go haywire. We apologize that you needed to get involved to the extent that you did, but it seems that you handled it like a pro, and we appreciate the assistance. All I can tell you is that this is definitely the exception and not the rule, and again, you have our sincerest apologies. Take care and have a great weekend!

I’m dealing with more service issues. It’s obviously turning into the norm and not an exception to the rule. Instead of apologizing on a public forum how about training your completely rude service manager on how to treat customers and deal with our actual problems then send a backhanded apology!
