Everybody in the service department is great at the front desk area. The workmanship that was performed on my vehicle was subpar at Best. Vehicle went in for an oil change tire rotation. The technician said desk area. The workmanship that was performed on my vehicle was subpar at Best. Vehicle went in for an oil change tire rotation. The technician said he rotated the tires. Come to find out he did not rotate the tires and the vehicle had to go back in to have the tires rotated at that time. More

If they were straight forward and not tell you something you want to hear they would be better off. After a month I still have not heard what tje engine warranty would be after it was replaced, kept on putt you want to hear they would be better off. The work was under an extended warranty package, and it took a full week to get a water pump and hoses replaced. Quality work was done, but not really happy it took a week. I bought multiple vehicles from this dealership, you used to have good service writers, now all they care about is the bottom line. Frank preceded to lie to me with one price to get me into the dealership an to have good service writers, now all they care about is the bottom line.
