no pressure sales team My car was totaled- so I was in need of a vehicle asap. Shaun was really kind and put no pressure on me. He arranged for me to take the vehicle overnight for a test drive and so I could get to work the next morning. I came late Saturday afternoon when most of the banks are already closed. Shaun went above and beyond- I found out he came in on his day off to keep the ball rolling so I could get my car financed. I came to pick up the car and Rob was there to go over any questions I had remaining (Shaun was on the road when I came to pick it up). These two worked well as a team and were understanding given how short notice this was for me. Thank you so much! More

Many places have the typical obnoxious push to sell with little connection or care for the customer. Time and time again, we would enter a place and immediately be put off by the sales people. However, our experience at Seacoast Mazda was the complete opposite! From the moment we walked in the doors, right up until we drove away with our new car, our experience was easy. Shaun greeted us at the door and immediately connected with us and had us laughing. He answered all of our questions and showed us the cars we were interested in with zero pressure to buy. He was upfront and honest about everything. That's what we loved so much about this experience. There were no secrets. There was no pressure or feeling like we had to buy a car. I had the feeling that if I walked away from the sale, there would not have been an uncomfortable exchange. I also chose not to get the warranty, and while it was recommended that I get it, I did not feel like there was much pressure. I have only had the vehicle two days, but based on my experience I would highly recommend this dealership! More
