Amazing experience...start to finish! I started out looking to find a way to get out my existing lease, of which I was over mileage and had outgrown the car. (A Honda by the way). Impulsively, i stopped in at Seacoast and was greeted by Rob. He told me to take my time and check out the lot and to reach out if i had questions. Boy, did I have questions! Rob answered every single one of them without making me feel like I was being a pain. He went over my options for getting out of the Honda and into something that made more sense for me. I believe he actually wrote three deals up due to my wishy-washy-ness! In the end, I drove home a car that was newer and lower miles than I thought I would be able to get into. I'm thrilled and giddy with joy about the experience and will not hesitate to shout it from the social media rooftops! Thank you Rob and Seacoast Mazda! More

Hold on used car We went to Seacoast Mazda to look at a particular used car for our daughter.We were thrilled that it was there,took it for a test drive, and spoke to We went to Seacoast Mazda to look at a particular used car for our daughter.We were thrilled that it was there,took it for a test drive, and spoke to the salesman about putting money down on it so that our daughter could drive up and look at it. We were assured that we did not have to put money down and that it could be held for 2 days. After two days it was requested that we call and confirm that we were still interested . We did that. On the morning that we had arranged to meet our daughter there we received a call that the car had been sold the day before,the same day that my husband had checked in with them. Really disappointed! What is the sense of having a policy if everyone doesn't follow it? More

Really, dryer sheets to mask the smell? I met Ryan playing golf and decided to give Seacoast Mazda a look for a car. Rob helped my son and I try out the Mazda 3 as part of our journey to ge I met Ryan playing golf and decided to give Seacoast Mazda a look for a car. Rob helped my son and I try out the Mazda 3 as part of our journey to get him a car to commute to school. They were helpful and we returned to try a used Mazda3. I thought it was too dirty, but it smelt okay and my son liked it. We got it home and started cleaning the inside and he was wiping brown off the walls, cigarette burns in back seat and gum under the mat. I wondered why I didn't notice that this wasn't a casual smoker and then I found the dryer sheets under the front seat. Dryer sheets to cover the smell, not cool! More

Outstanding My first visit at Seacoast Mazda was with Ryan. When I returned a couple of weeks later, Ryan was out and Rob helped me saying they work as a team. Rob let me drive a new car home overnight and I bought it the next day for pick-up the following week. Over the weekend I realized how little money I was getting on my used car and wanted to cancel the sale. When Rob said he would work with me on the cancellation without pulling any guilt trips, I felt I was working with a special team and wanted to find a less expensive Mazda to buy. Ryan helped me find one and now I'm delighted with it. More
