Outstanding customer service! I went in for a routine oil change on my cx-5 and Joe (who is the BEST service manager) asked me if I wanted a loaner so I didn't have to wait. I needed a bigger car for work and decided to just test drive the new cx-9 while I was there instead. Ryan, the sales floor manager went with me and it was the easiest non pressured experience I've ever had buying a new car. I was in an out in just a few hours and I left with a beautiful car at a price that in my opinion was very fair. I highly recommend Seacost Mazda to anyone looking for vehicles! I won't go anywhere else! More

Excellent service - Looked out for me I had been interested in purchasing a Mazda CX-5 TR w/ preferred package, and found Seacoast Mazda to be the closest dealer to my location. Having jus I had been interested in purchasing a Mazda CX-5 TR w/ preferred package, and found Seacoast Mazda to be the closest dealer to my location. Having just graduated from school and starting a new job, I was unsure about how the "car buying experience". Rob Hering was excellent in that he understood my situation and looked out for me. He was very friendly and informative with the vehicles. Granted that I do not move, I would definitely buy from Rob again and recommend him for anyone interested in a Mazda in the seacoast area. More
Friendly and very willing to help I found Seacoast Mazda through the USAA Car Buying Service, and I'm impressed with my experience with them (which, by the way, is also my first time e I found Seacoast Mazda through the USAA Car Buying Service, and I'm impressed with my experience with them (which, by the way, is also my first time ever buying a car). Rob Hering was super-helpful, and I particularly appreciated his willingness to turn around from his commute home and return to the dealership to meet me for a test drive (I was about 45 minutes late from our agreed time). The purchase process was very smooth and easy (especially since I wasn't financing the car). I met Ryan McGuire as well, and he was also quite friendly. I do have a few small complaints, though. First, when I gave Mr. Hering my USAA price certificate printout, his response implied that they might not be willing to honor that USAA price, which was literally the whole reason I was there. Thankfully this didn't turn out to be an issue. Second, when we set up the appointment to have the car cleaned up and the state inspection done, he said that there were also floor mats to have put in. In retrospect, I should have asked him to put it in writing because, unfortunately, that didn't happen at the service appointment. I called Mr. Hering about the issue, and he and Mr. McGuire were very helpful in making that right. (They took the mats from another vehicle to give to me.). I appreciated their willingness to go out of their way to make good on their promise. So in summary, very great service, but it would have been nicer if I hadn't felt like I was at risk of getting ripped off. More

After speaking with Joe the manager and realized how polite he was i felt going to the location was needed as he suggested to look at the SUV I inquired about online.. Although i was nervous, once within the building I noticed my name on their board and was offered free donuts and something cold to drink from Ryan (I had left work starving so he must of heard my growling stomach..lol) then I was approached by Rob who politely informed me that JP my salesman was out and will return shortly. After meeting JP and speaking to both JP and Rob these guys were more than the average salesmen, they both actually seemed to care about getting me in a vehicle and I was by far impressed on their knowledge of the SUV I was able to drive off the lot with which was an upgrade from my initial inquire. If it was possible to give Seacoast Mazda 100 plus stars I would have given it. I will highly recommend this business and have placed them on top of my nost favorites list and have decided to only do business with them for all my car needs. You guys ROCK and once again thank you all for making me feel at ease and never like being approved was impossible! Oh I did cry fellas of pure joy!! 😁 More

We met with Rob Hering who was friendly and informative on this newly re-engineered SUV. We took it for a test-drive and when we came back, Rob told us to test drive other vehicles to make sure we purchased the car we truly loved. My husband and I spent the next few hours at other car dealerships, by the end of the day, we knew we wanted to purchase the CX-5 and felt that Rob, at Seacoast Mazda would provide us excellent service which he did! We highly recommend Rob Hering if you're interested in any mazda vehicle. More
