Ryan was friendly, personable and extremly easy to work with. He answered all of my questions quickly and worked with my difficult schedule. In the end he managed a deal I couldn't turn down and even after the deal was made he went the extra mile to make sure the car was PERFECT. When I showed up to finalize things the paperwork was preprinted and the car had it's temp plate on. In and out in literally 15 min. I can't say enough about Ryan or seacoaat Mazda. Honest and Friendly I was a first time buyer with no credit at all. Todd Maynard was able to help me receive financing with an appreciable interest rate, in which I didn't even need a co-signer. Todd was very friendly and even helped me understand how to build credit for the future! As well JP Brown was one of the most honest and straight forward guys I have ever met: from a "dealership point of view." I never once felt like he was pushing me to buy anything, answered all of my questions plus what I was looking to get out of a car. JP was honest and personal, having conversations that didn't include cars at all. More

Ryan McGuire met us with a smile, listened to our needs, and let us test drive vehicles we were interested in with no pressure. He took the time to explain everything to us and answer all of our questions. He truly cared about getting us into the car WE wanted and not what HE wanted to sell. The buying process was really easy and much faster than I thought. Not your regular dealership I'm extremely wary of going to dealerships given my past experiences with many of them. As I told James Hobbs, the salesperson at Seacoast Mazda, it' I'm extremely wary of going to dealerships given my past experiences with many of them. As I told James Hobbs, the salesperson at Seacoast Mazda, it's akin to going to a dentist. Definitely not a good experience most of the time. Which was why I was very surprised at my experience at Seacoast when I purchased my car there a few days ago. I got drawn in to that dealership initially due to a request for an internet quote I submitted and Dan Campano, the sales manager, was quick to reply with an actual drive-out-the-door dollar amount including dealership fee (while other dealerships would typically respond with a canned statement asking you to call them - I wouldn't be sending an email if I wanted to talk to you over the phone now would I?) with the vehicle's SKU#. The response was a nice surprise but the price was almost too good to be true which honestly made me almost doubt the integrity of the dealership and its salespeople. As I was comparison shopping, I spoke with other dealerships and tried to have them match the price that Dan quoted me on for the same year, model, and color and none of them could even come close. They warned me that the price was too low and that only sketchy dealerships would offer something like that. Nevertheless, I decided to go pay Seacoast a visit and the whole transaction was a breeze. No pressure at all from James Hobbs, who assisted me in purchasing my car, and no trying to insert fees here and there to try to make up for the low quote that I was given (which by the way, they honored to the T) - just overall a very painless procedure. I typically don't think it's worth my time to be leaving detailed reviews for any dealership and honestly have never given one until now - but this dealership and their people definitely deserve top praises.
