From overwhelmed to overjoyed! Ryan and Seacoast Mazda could not have made my car buying/leasing experience better. After driving my previous car for 10 years, starting the car sear Ryan and Seacoast Mazda could not have made my car buying/leasing experience better. After driving my previous car for 10 years, starting the car search process was overwhelming to say the least. The few experiences I had prior to coming to Seacoast Mazda were not so great, and felt very rushed and forced. I immediately felt comfortable at Seacoast and after working with Ryan was certain that I would be taking home a Mazda from him at the end of the process. I felt the personal level of service that comes with a family run business from everyone that we dealt with there as soon as I walked in the door. Their communication was excellent over the phone and email. We made the ride down from Portland and meet our salesperson "JP". I was instantly impressed with his mannerisms. Everyone that we met there were absolutely fantastic and we left with the car and couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Seacoast Mazda to anyone looking to buy a car and wanting to feel good about it. More

Disappointed! I bought a car in February 2017. I thought that team was excellent at the time. I did think it was a little pushy that Ryan kept hassling me to write I bought a car in February 2017. But this past weekend, my husband was switching out a flat tire and noticed a considerable amount of dry rot on all four tires. I called the dealership and was told the dry rot was normal because the car sits and because it was used. It seems like this dealership just cares about making a sale and not about taking care of its customers and making things right. Next time I buy a car, it won't be from them. More
