Outstanding Experience I have bought about a dozen cars in my life. I had gotten to the point that I would dread the idea of walking into a dealership because I'd feel suffo I have bought about a dozen cars in my life. I had gotten to the point that I would dread the idea of walking into a dealership because I'd feel suffocated the second I walked in, looking at it as a necessary evil rather than what it should be, which is a pleasurable experience. I mean, who doesn't want to get a new car?? I walked into the dealership with negative expectations and Ryan greeted us warmly and kindly. At no point did I feel as if I wasn't going to be allowed to leave until I bought something. We originally test drove a CX-9 and an older CX-5. Unlike every other salesperson I've ever met, he just left us alone to try it out ourselves and come to our own decisions. We really don't need a sales person to tell us how to turn on a windshield wiper. We took the CX-9 home for the night and realized it wasn't for us. Again, I walked back into the dealership waiting to be talked into buying the CX-9 and told why my opinion about it wasn't correct. And once again, there was none of that. I was told by Rob that it was not a problem and not all cars are for everyone. He briefly, without pressure, told me about a new CX-5 that came on to the lot that morning. We had already made up our mind about the CX-5 because of our test drive of the older one but we were so impressed with our experience to that point that we really wanted to give them our business. So, we test drove the new CX-5 and immediately knew it was the car for us. It's the best car we've had and we would have never known about it if not for the manner of Ryan and Rob. This was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. We were happy to be there the entire time and Ryan was the major reason for it. He gets to know you and will honestly tell you if he thinks it's a good purchase for you. When I walked in, I had the preconceived viewpoint that every person in the room was dishonest and trying to pull one over on me. By the end, we were pretty much doing whatever Ryan told us to because we knew that he was looking out for us. He even got my wife to trust him and she thinks everyone is a criminal. Special thanks to Ryan, Rob, and Dan for making it a seamless experience. I'm almost looking forward to my other car to get old so we can buy from them again. You guys found a customer and a referral source for life. More

Awesome. No pressure sales! Rob Hering was an awesome salesman!. My husband and I went into the dealership knowing we wanted to test drive a Mazda cx3. Rob went over the AWD ve Rob Hering was an awesome salesman!. My husband and I went into the dealership knowing we wanted to test drive a Mazda cx3. Rob went over the AWD vehicle with us without any pressure and suggested we try the cx5 to compare both to see which one was the right fit based on our needs. (He was really listening to us). I was CONVINCED! I didn't want the cx5 because it just looked too big for me and I didn't want to feel "lost" in such a big vehicle but thought " what the heck". So we did just that. Tried both. After the test drive, we both walked in and Rob was Just waiting casually. BOY WAS I WRONG! So glad he had us try both because we went with the cx5.
