Fantastic buying experience with Ryan! I came in to look and test drive back in November and met Ryan. He was great! I came back this week, settling on the CX-5. I came in with a competing offer from another dealership that I had found online. He was very honest with me, that it was a great deal and, if valid, I should go for it. He also clued me in to the possibility that this was a bait car. I went home and called the dealership, and yes, it was a bait car! Needless to say, I immediately filed a bad review for that dealership and texted Ryan that we had a deal. I can't say enough great things about my experience. I went in, ready to walk out, solely due to past car-buying attempts. I had absolutely nothing to worry about! You know when you get a good vibe and click with people? That's what my experience was all about! Ryan handed me off to Rob for the final paperwork and we hit it off so well, discussing world travel, exchanging travel tips, art info, etc. All-around great people!!
