Rather than get another car payment when things are already tight we decided to see if we could trade in my current financed vehicle for something that fit...with no money down. Naturally, after my last experience, I emailed Ryan and explained the situation. I wasn't sure he would remember me, but he even remembered the name of my kids. <3 This man is the sweetest, most genuine sales guy I have ever met and, having worked at 3 different ones in the local area myself, I've met several. He was straight with us about prices, suggested vehicles that fit our needs AND absorbed the 4 GRAND in negative equity from my Chevy, and didn't make me feel pressured to buy, NOW like other dealerships did. The atmosphere is so welcoming and everyone there is so kind and friendly. Ryan and Rob and Dan worked really hard to find a wholesaler to take my car, busted their butts to find as a ridiculously low rate, and got us close to where we were hoping to be, payment wise while putting us in a top safety rated crossover with seven passenger seating. They had all the paperwork ready to go when we got there to sign and pick it up, we were done in 15 minutes while Ryan hung out with my two youngest boys. Seacoast Mazda is the best dealership in the area, bar none. I live my new Mazda CX9 and an wicked happy I didn't have to get a mom van, haha! I think you've got a customer for life, guys. ;-) More
