After confirming the vehicle was still available, we drove from Sebago Lake to meet Rob Hering. He was cheerful and accommodating. The car had been previously selected by the dealership for sale and was presented as advertised ( clean and well equipped ). The test drive was performed over a variety of roads and displayed the car's handling attributes. The paperwork process went smoothly. Dan, the sales manager, put us at ease. The trip home allowed us to transition from the seven year relationship with our old, reliable "friend" to look forward to the years ahead with a new one. We are very satisfied with the purchase. Worst experience I've Ever Had with a Dealership Quote they gave me for what I wanted was $70 MORE than what Werner Mazda gave me for the exact same thing. Then, during an overnight test drive, the dealership decided to close the next day without ever giving me a courtesy call, or email, leaving my car with everything I needed in it for work, burried in snow, with no way to access it. Thank god a plow man was there was a key to the building to help me search for my key so I could get what I needed for work. If I could give 0 stars it would still be too much for this dealership. When it was time for me to start looking for another vehicle a few weeks ago Seacoast Mazda was not on the list. A friend convinced me to give it a try again based on the positive experience that he had with Ryan and I was not disappointed. Ryan was extremely patient throughout the purchasing process (with no pressure) and made the entire experience very positive and easy. I especially appreciated that once I arrived at the dealership to finalize the purchase everything was ready to go and was processed very quickly.
