Flexible and friendly I came in on a Sunday morning with a pretty good idea of what I was interested in. Rob got me into a car quickly and had me take it for a test drive. Magic Mazda Subaru Impreza Madness I've been a homeless traveller lately living out of my car. I had been looking for a sweet upgrade to my house, because my Forester was my house! A voice in my head said "go to the Mazda dealership, there's one Subaru waiting for you there." Low and behold, it was my new impreza waiting for me. My time in this dealership went awesome. I've recently been down in the dumps with most people in my life turning on me and calling me crazy for my scientific and spiritual ideas. The sales rep Ryan was very receptive and understanding of the concepts I laid down. It was refreshing to have another human being treat me like a human. The whole team involved did everything in their power to get me set up with the car of my dreams. We seem to be in one big 3D hologram of a dream, according to my understanding of quantum physics and relative concepts. I developed a psychological perception breaking question a couple years ago: "what do you see when you look at a white wall?" This has sparked an underground movement of people that I like to call "white wall warriors, the new world wide web." Of course the car waiting for me would be a white impreza previously owned by a physics teacher. Go check out a white wall. Your answer might surprise you. PS my apologies I cannot remember which Bob/Rob I was working with. He did a fantastic job, as well as Ryan. The whole team there are amazing people with great heads on their shoulders. My wife and I went there first and then checked the other "top rated" Mazda dealers. We came back to Seacoast for one reason - Ryan McGuire. Ryan was the easiest guy to work with not to mention the hardest working. My wife was looking for a difficult to find car and while the other dealers just followed up with my requests with automated copy and pasted emails, or follow up calls that were as if they did not read my original request, Ryan on the other hand contacted me via text message and kept me informed and let me know he was doing everything possible to locate me a new car. Ryan eventually did locate me another car ...from one of those other dealers that could of made a sale themselves if they just treated me like a person instead of a lead. Ryan treats his customers like their his friends. Ryan even stayed well past the store being closed after he worked a 10 hour day just so we could sign the paperwork! Save yourself, time, aggravation, and money. Go to Seacoast, ask for Ryan, get a great deal. More

This family owned and operated dealership is a throw-back to the days when the cus Seacoast Mazda has exceeded my expectations of a car dealership. This family owned and operated dealership is a throw-back to the days when the customer mattered as much as the money. They "get" the value of relationship - that the buyer is as important as the vehicle. I came to Seacoast Mazda with a car I had purchased at a Concord Mazda dealership the year before. I was so upset with the poor treatment I received at that dealership that I switched to Seacoast Mazda to have the oil changes and maintenance done on my car. And I was in for a surprise. I was so happy with the customer service at Seacoast Mazda, though not as happy with the car I had purchased in Concord. While it was a fine car for someone else, it did not "fit" my personality and I was sorry I had purchased it. During one oil-change visit to Seacoast Mazda, I noticed a shiny black Mazda 6 in the showroom. "Salesman" Ryan McGuire noted my interest in it and I eventually purchased that car. I put quotation marks around salesman because my experience with Ryan was so low-key and sweet. I never felt as if he "sold" me a car rather it felt as if he simply helped me get the car I fell in love with and fulfill my wishes. To say the "salesmanship" was lowkey is an understatement. It was lower than low key and felt like a wonderful experience. I was so glad that this dealership took the time to help me in such a soft sweet way. And I must add that when I go for oil changes and maintenance, it continues to be the same personal experience. I love my car, the service at Seacoast Mazda, and I loved being treated with respect and kindness. They are professional, personal, and very accommodating at Seacoast Mazda. Skip the big numbers dealership and head on down to this family dealership that values people. More
