Outstanding as always! I have been a customer of Seacoast Mazda for years now! We always prefer leasing and have always been treated more than fairly! What a pleasant surprise! CX-5 is a great auto, but honestly the time and attention offered by the sales department at Seacoast Mazda is really what sold the car. Its the first time in a long time I have felt good about the car buying experience. Honest and patient answering all of my questions and concerns as it was the first Mazda I have ever purchased. I must offer a big thank you to Ryan McGuire who worked with me from the outset over the phone to help identify exactly what I was looking for in my next auto, not only in options but also in dollars. I had a solid understanding of where I stood before I walked into the dealership and went for my test drive. And my compliments to Matt as well for going the extra mile and answering a hundred hard questions I asked on the test drive. And while we were all a little let down on the amount allowed for my trade I truly feel that Robert Bazylewicz put a great effort forward in maximizing what my trade would be sold for to the auction and was completely honest with me about the situation. Finally Bob Blaisdell put all the paperwork and wrapped up the transaction seamlessly and quickly. In this most recent car buying experience I had, Seacoast Mazda was certainly not the only dealership I walked into as I searched for the right new car, I had many options and done quite a bit of searching. However I will strongly say Seacoast Mazda was the only dealership I walked out of with a great feeling of satisfaction and service, and well a great new CX-5 to boot! More

AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! I had the most incredible car buying experience on Saturday. Ryan and Rob went out of their way to help me and get me into the perfect vehicle for me I had the most incredible car buying experience on Saturday. Ryan and Rob went out of their way to help me and get me into the perfect vehicle for me! I was only there for a few hours and I was driving off the lot in a beautiful (new to me) Kia Soul. After being turned down by so many other dealers it was so overwhelming to hear the words "You are approved. Let's get you in your new car today!!!!!" Not only were they professional; they were kind, patient and understanding with me. (Even when I cried happy tears). My 9 year old daughter, who has heard me complain about customer service elsewhere, told me she was impressed with how nice everyone was and how great the customer service was. I can't say enough about them. If you are planning on buying a new or used vehicle, DO NOT GO ANYPLACE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!! The only place you need to go is to Seacoast Mazda. They really are THE YES GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!! Ryan and Rob . . . you changed me and renewed my faith in people. Thank you for that. More

Great experience! I purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5, and the whole experience was great. I stopped by to test drive a CX-5, and they didn't have one on the lot with the opt I purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5, and the whole experience was great. I stopped by to test drive a CX-5, and they didn't have one on the lot with the options I wanted, so they ordered one in just so I could test drive it. When I decided that I wanted the CX-5, I did my research on the internet for a price for the car, as well as a price for my trade-in. When I gave them these numbers, they came back with pricing that was very close to the prices I had found. I wanted a different color than the one they had on the lot, so they ordered me the one I wanted, and I had it within a few days. Stuart walked me through all the features of the CX-5 and helped me set up my Bluetooth and other features. The last time I purchased a car was 12 years ago, and I wasn't looking forward to dealing with the whole process of buying a car. However, Stuart and Bob made the process easy, and I never felt any of the pressure to buy that I was expecting. I would highly recommend Seacoast Mazda. More
