Amazing!!! I had an awesome expericene. Ryan walked right up to me when I arrived. He helped me get my daughter out of the car and carry in my bags. He was hone I had an awesome expericene. He was honest and really worked hard with Christian to get me approved, when other dealers would turn me away due to my credit history. I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else. Wonderful My son took me there because of the excellent experience he had With Christian Giangara and Robert Hering. I did not know what kind of car I would what sense I was going from a minivan to a car. I am not able to walk alot so Matt drove cars over to me ,so I could see how I felt in them and it took three different ones before I found one. Producing a sales agreement by Robert B that was at high end of what I said was acceptable. NOT! END SNARK!!! This team produced a complete enjoyable auto purchase. From my initial encounter with the Seacoast Mazda team - Christian - when I put out internet "feelers" , describing my unique credit status - I was put into a comfortable mood that Seacoast Mazda would be able to work successfully with me. When I arrived, I discussed with Rob H & Rob B what monthly payment, down payment, type of car that I was envisioning. Provided plenty of car selection - Rob H, showed me as many as I wanted. No pressure - I had the impression that I could discuss at length any car. That If I wanted, he would have been fine for me to think about, come back another day to discuss more cars. No Need for follow-up visit! I was shown a car that matched my needs and Rob B provided a sales agreement that was QUITE within my expectation - if not a little towards the lower $ amount (NOT COMPLAINING!). I'm looking forward to using Seacoast Mazda for service. And if / when needed, other car purchases. Steven Duffy Smith More
