We had the best test drive ever. I was only going to test drive a car that day and ended up buying one because of the way we were treated, the experience was that great. Rob is Awesome! I don't know anything about cars and this was my first time buying one, honestly I was dreading the whole experience before coming to Seacoast Mazda. Life-Changing I have been without a car for the better part of the past three years. After the birth of my youngest I had to junk two cars, at the same time, and re I have been without a car for the better part of the past three years. After the birth of my youngest I had to junk two cars, at the same time, and rely on one between myself and my SO. Fast-forward 2 years; I get a $1000 car and promptly totaled it trying to avoid traffic that suddenly stopped in front of me. I am a single mother of two boys, as well as being a work-at-home-mom, running my own business. Suffice to say the lack of a vehicle has been incredibly frustrating and detrimental to my efficiency and my income. Unfortunately, my credit isn't great and my previous experience with financing a car was an utter nightmare. So bad, in fact, that in the past 9 years I have not financed a vehicle, only bought them outright. Needless to say, I was not looking forward to this experience. Ryan was wonderful; patient, attentive, laid-back. He spent six hours with me to get me into my car, working on finding the right one and then the financing. Not once was he impatient or pushy - two of my least favorite sales qualities - and I felt like he truly appreciated my business. Brad was another godsend; bending over backwards doesn't even begin to describe it. He is, at the end of the day, the reason I have my car, today. These two men were my best car-buying experience, to date. I will absolutely recommend Ryan and his team to anyone I know! More
