During the test drive he was able point out many features of the CX 5 that ultimately helped me make my decision. When it came down to negotiating a fair deal Rob and Bob did a great job working with me in a friendly way with absolutely no pressure. In fact we had some humor along the way. Then, when we had a deal confirmed and since my wife was recuperating from surgery and could not accompany me that day, Matt and Ryan offered to and did deliver my CX 5 to my home the next day. We bought a CX-5 for my wife in 2013 and we were very happy with the car and the service. No pressure and great explanations of all models and features. So I went back to get a 2016 CX-5 for me. To say they are amazing is an understatement. The owner, manager, and salesman were flat out great. They took care of me in so many ways I stopped counting. I could not be happier with my new car, and I could not recommend them highly enough. As I told Bob the manager and Stuart our salesman (both great guys), we will never go anywhere else. More
