Ryan greeted me in the parking lot, and immediately alleviated my fears. He listened to what I needed in a car, and respected my budget. Getting financed was even stress free and Rob got me a loan with a down payment and monthly payment that I can afford. I fell in love with a great car that is a 2012, and I never expected to afford something that new! Even my 16 year old daughter was treated well, and she commented on what a positive experience we had! Best new car buy experience! My wife and I just stopped by to look at a certain color MX-5. They didn't have that color but had 2 other colors. I fell in love with one of them I was talking to Rob about it and he asked if I wanted to look/sit in it. Sure! He handed me the fob and my wife and I checked it out. We're sitting in it and Rob came over and was pointing out a few things when I told him to wrap it up. He thought I was kidding! Nope, perfectly serious, I wanted to buy. He said, don't you want to even take it for a ride? Oh, OK so we went. When we got back I filled out some paperwork to get everything started and my wife and I left. My salesman Ryan drove the car out to get me, 1.5 hours away so that my wife didn't have to take time away from work!
