Well we met Ryan at Seacoast Mazda, a very personable and helpful young man. Her explained much to us as the differences between leasing and buying a car also Rob was instrumental in helping us. Together they worked hard for us,putting us at ease as I was very uneasy. They got us a great deal and a beautiful car and we couldn't be happier. Awesome Experience! I had made the decision to purchase a new vehicle and had narrowed it down to three: a new Mazda from Seacoast Mazda and two different used Cruzes fro I had made the decision to purchase a new vehicle and had narrowed it down to three: a new Mazda from Seacoast Mazda and two different used Cruzes from two different dealership. I researched each vehicle to the point where I was overwhelmed. I found this site last evening and read the reviews of each dealership. Seacoast Mazda by far had the most positive reviews, so I decided to make them my first stop. It ended up being my only stop. Instead of having me go pick a car to test drive and then figure out the "money stuff" after, they had the same philosophy as I did; let's take of the "money stuff" first so that a choice on a vehicle can be made based on that information. I'm sure we've all been in situations where we picked a vehicle only to find out later that the payment was just not going to work. You end up disappointed and frustrated. That didn't happen today! When I selected the car I wanted to test drive, I already knew what to expect for a payment and knew it was going to be what I felt comfortable with. This is definitely a dealership I will recommend to my family and friends! More

Best Test Drive on the Seacoast On the day I visited Seacoast Mazda, I had test driven three cars at two other dealerships in the area. Those test drives were not necessarily bad, per se. However, I found myself asking a lot of questions to get at the meat of what those cars were. Moreover, the drives themselves did little to really showcase the strengths and weaknesses of the cars I tested. Seacoast Mazda gave me a completely different experience. My sales associate, Robert Hering, really knew the car he was selling and broke the whole vehicle down for me from trunk to engine while he explained how it compared to other trim levels. All the while I could sense his genuine enthusiasm for the car, a Mazda3, and excitement to get me in a test drive. One can be a little uneasy test driving a car. After all, not only is it a strange vehicle, it isn't yours. As a result, that carefulness that results from the use of another's property can make for a tepid test drive, and that doesn't help the consumer much. However, unlike the sales associates at the other dealers, Robert Hering really encouraged me to push the car's abilities (as safety permitted), so I could get a feel for what the vehicle was truly capable of. It's not every day a car salesman tells you to speed up on the pot holes so you can get a good feel for the suspension system. And with each performance illustration, he was able to highlight the cool Mazda technology that made each of those feats possible. By the time the drive was over, most of the questions I had asked the other dealers had been answered before I could ask them. It was the most informative and fun test drive I had the whole day. However. we really did not know what car we wanted and if we even wanted to make a decision on our first stop. It was our pleasure to meet Stuart LaFramboise. After we told him we did not know what we were looking for or what models were available, he very patiently started by asking us about what we have/had for cars and what we liked. Before we knew it we arrived at a first decision to explore the Mazada 3i hatchback. After a test drive we decided this would be a good vehicle for our use and decided on a color choice that Stuart and the Sales Manager searched for while we left to have lunch. When we returned they had located the one car with the color we had chosen. It was a really positive experience with no pressure and we decided to purchase this Mazda. We even had the pleasure to meet the owner. Great team work, it felt like being in a family group with people you feel comfortable around and we went home looking forward to taking delivery of our new Mazda. More
