They were always courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly, did not attempt to sell us something above or beyond our scope. We were honest and forthcoming to them and they, as a team, returned our honesty. Robert Hering and Ryan McGuire are in our opinion a sales team that worked together in selling their product. Sales commissions seemed irrelevant to them which I found quit surprising. It was all about making sure "we were happy" with our selection. The only place for improvement is in the processing of the paper work involved. Updated hardware and software is needed for Ted Daniszewski's office to further streamline the process. The car I owned previously had some MAJOR issues, and that was due to me not doing enough research on the car and buying it from a person, and not a dealership. I took my Mazda in to the dealership to see if they could fix it, and I found out I had to pay another large sum of money and I refused to pay even more into this awful car. So the guys who worked there suggested that I trade it in for another. I started looking around for cars, and I ended up being interested in the Acura they were selling there at the time. I was working with Ryan McGuire at the time. While I was looking at cars, Robert Bazylewicz was doing his best to find the best deal on the trade in for my terrible car. Since this was my first time by myself, I was hesitant on choosing something and really knowing what to do, but these guys were incredibly helpful and didn't pressure me at all into making any decisions. I ended up going with the Acura, and also got a great warranty on the car thanks to Ted Daniszewski. I felt like I made a great choice coming to these guys. They are such a friendly team, and they really are on your side. They are not like other places where they try to cheat you and sell you a terrible car and laugh when you walk off with something broken. They give you the car fax on the car, show you how much it costs other places, and are doing the best to help you. If you have a terrible car and need to trade it in for something better, I highly suggest coming here. They really are a great team. Also, Ryan gave me half a sandwich cause I was hungry, which is always cool. More
